F\u00fcr den Moment nur so viel: frischer Koriander spielt eine ganz wichtige Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Was passt im Glas? Ein Wein mit konturierter S\u00e4ure und Rests\u00fc\u00dfe. Carolin Willems, Mastermind des famosen Saar-Weinguts WillemsWillems, hat genau das in petto: einen Riesling Kabinett zum Niederknien. 2015, herrlich frisch, fruchtig, filigran aromatisch und gut gek\u00fchlt wie gemacht f\u00fcr diesen Gang.
